The Muskegon River is currently flowing at 1470 CFS and the temperature is right around 55 degrees, so it’s a little low and warm for this time of year but  the steelhead fishing has still been good and continues to get better. There are many methods that can produce: fishing egg patterns, beads or nymphs behind the remaining salmon under indicators or bounced on the bottom, swinging streamers and pulling plugs  can all catch fish.
