FISHING REPORT FOR 5/2/17

There are still some numbers of steelhead but we are no doubt past the peak of the run. Even still, if you want to catch them, there are still very fishable numbers.

More importantly though, the streamer bite for trout has picked up and should continue to provide awesome fishing right into the Gray Drake/Isonychia dry fly action. The river is currently at 5750cfs and still rising sharply but once it crests and begins to come back down things should be perfect for chasing our big fat well-fed resident browns on streamers.
